Shipping
The PSIStoreOnline ships all orders Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping to post office boxes is acceptable only when using USPS Priority Mail. The Store DOES NOT ship Federal Express or by carriers not listed above.
International Shipping: The PSIStoreOnline ships internationally only by Priority Mail International with United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping Calculation: Correct shipping is automatically calculated on the website. Shoppers are to view shipping calculations before the checkout process is completed. You may also use the handy shipping quotation tool to estimate charges before ordering. Please note the Store does not ship C.O.D.

International Orders: USPS shipping options are Priority Mail International and Express Mail International. Note: International orders may be subject to duty taxes and brokerage fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time: Orders placed Monday – Friday will be shipped within 24 hours, or the next business day, and should be received within seven to ten business days. Daily order cut-off time is 2:00 pm. EST. The shipping fulfillment center may be closed during some national holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. You will be notified by email of any shipping delays.
Order Tracking: Log in to My Account with your email address and password to access your order history. Orders contain shipping information and tracking numbers. Simply click on your order’s tracking number to see the shipping status and/or delivery information.
